Liberty is a 7.5 year old, blue/cross-eyed, Siamese mix. My husband gave Libbie to me when we first started dating. We got her on September 11th, 2002. I named her Liberty because of the date on which we picked her up (one-year from the day the twin towers fell.) Libs, as she is more affectionately called, lives up to her name. She is very independent and does not like to be bothered for the most part. At the same time, she can be very sweet and loving. Also, I think she and Takota had a species swap. She will run up to the living room window and start barking at the mailman when he delivers. And Takota likes to pounce on string if you wave it in front of him. I love my babies!

Liberty
